Delivery
Products are delivered using DPD, DHL or other reliable worldwide courier services.
We will deliver your parcels to more than 220 countries in a quick and reliable way.
- The Buyer agrees that in exceptional cases, the delivery of the goods may be
delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. In such a case, the Seller must inform
the Buyer immediately and indicate the delivery date of the goods.
- The goods will be delivered to the address provided by the Buyer within 1-3
working days (if it has not been stated otherwise) after the receipt of the
payment for the goods and the shipping, unless another order delivery date is
specified in the order confirmation. The Seller is entitled to change the delivery
date for important reasons by informing the Buyer via the email address provided.
We deliver all over Lithuania. On the day of the delivery, the courier will
contact the recipient to specify the exact delivery time.
- At the time of the delivery, the Buyer or a person acting on their behalf must
check the condition of the shipment together with the representative of the
transport company or the Seller, and if any damage to the shipment is noticed,
they must indicate this in the document confirming the delivery. If the Buyer
or a person acting on their behalf accepts the shipment and signs the document
confirming the delivery of the shipment without adding any comments, the shipment
shall be considered to be undamaged.
- After noticing that the goods don’t meet the requirements stated in the order
or the description of the goods, the Buyer must contact the Seller by phone at +370 647 31050 or email at info@nostorm.eu not later than 1 day after receiving the goods. The Seller
shall undertake to eliminate all the damages that were caused by the Seller or by
third parties.
- After showing the confirmation received in the email that the package is ready for collection to the Seller, the Buyer can pick up the package from the Seller free of charge at: Savanorių pr. 176, Vilnius, Lithuania. In such a case, the Buyer must note that they will pick up the package themselves from the Seller. The Buyer must pick up the package from the Seller within 30 (thirty) days after receiving the confirmation that the package is ready.
- The Buyer or a person acting on their behalf must show the order number to pick
up the package. During the collection process, the Buyer or a person acting on
their behalf must check the condition of the package together with the Seller’s
representative, and if they notice any discrepancies, they should indicate them
in the document confirming the order collection. If the Buyer accepts the
package and signs the document confirming the collection without adding any
comments, the package shall be considered to be undamaged.
